St Kitts & Nevis is a circular island country in West India located in the Leeward Islands chain of the Lesser Antilles on the Caribbean Sea. Saint Kitts and Nevis was the first Caribbean country to launch the Citizenship by Investment program, established in 1984 in order to support the economic growth and expand the private and public sectors of the economy. In return, it allows foreign investors obtain permanent legal citizenship and second passport within 4 to 6 months. St. Kitts & Nevis has a strong track record of issuing second citizenship to investors on an international level.

Notice: The citizenship program of Saint Kitts and Nevis restricts nationals from Afghanistan and Iran from applying to the program.

  • Non-refundable contribution under the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)
  • Real Estate investment in an approved project under St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit

Option 1: The Sustainable Growth Fund (Donation)
The Sustainable Growth Fund was launched to benefit all citizens by empowering priority areas such as local business cultivation, national culture, tourism, infrastructure, healthcare, and education.

Option 2: Real Estate Investment
The applicant must invest in a government-approved real estate project within Saint Kitts and Nevis at a minimum value of US $200,000 (resalable after seven (7) years) or US $400,000 (resalable after five (5) years).

Option 3: Alternative Investment Option (AIO)
The Alternative Investment Option (AIO) gives investors the opportunity to invest in potential projects can either be listed by the government or suggested by private individuals with financing capabilities. These projects aim to maximize the employment of locals, but also include the transfer of technology and capacity building. After being accomplished and operational for a certain period which also allows for a return on investment, projects must be turned over to the Government.

The Alternative Investment Option (AIO) will be in two categories:
• Public Good Project Developer (PGPD) – projects that are fully funded by the PGPD with a minimum unit of investment of US $175,000. At the end of the agreement, the State retains the ownership of the asset.
• Private Enterprise Developer (PED) – applies to built or funded assets that are privately owned with a minimum unit of investment of US $200,000.
