1. What this site is, and what it is not

This site publishes general information about the Republic of Türkiye’s Citizenship by Investment programme. It is an independent information resource, not a government body, not a property-listing portal, and not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

Nothing on this site constitutes:

• legal advice from a Turkish lawyer (regulated by the Türkiye Barolar Birliği) or any other bar association;
• tax advice on your personal circumstances;
• investment advice on any specific property, fund, bond or banking product;
• an offer to sell securities or any financial product.

Where pages reference law, regulation, market data or processing times, they reflect the best information available to us at the date stamped on the page. The programme is governed by Turkish presidential decree and can change without notice. Use a licensed professional before you commit funds. This is repeated explicitly on every page that deals with money.

2. Eligibility-check form

The eligibility-check form is offered free of charge. By submitting it you confirm that the personal details you provide relate to you (or to a person who has authorised you to enquire on their behalf), and that the information is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate. Our reply is general guidance based on the information you have given; it does not establish a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional relationship until that is documented in writing.

We reserve the right to decline to reply where the enquiry appears to relate to sanctioned activity, to evade competent authorities, or where the source of funds described raises concerns we are unable to dispel.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, republish, scrape or repackage substantial portions of this site without written permission (linking to specific pages is welcome);
• use the eligibility-check form for marketing solicitations or to extract data from us;
• interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or upload malicious content;
• present yourself as us or as in any commercial relationship with us when you are not.

Reasonable hyperlinks to the site are permitted; framing the site inside another property is not.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, layout, code and the database of links to source material are the copyright of Viru Consulting W.L.L. or its licensors. The trade name “Easy Turkish Citizenship” is unregistered as of the date of this page; the visual identity is original work. Quotations of short extracts for journalism, academic research and criticism are welcome with attribution.

Underlying Turkish statutes, regulations, decisions of the Resmî Gazete, TKGM circulars and TurkStat data are public-domain materials of the Republic of Türkiye; we cite them under fair use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viru Consulting W.L.L. and its officers, employees and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or any decision you make on the basis of an eligibility-check reply. This includes lost profits, lost opportunities, fluctuations in exchange rates, and any consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraud.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim that arises from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or content you submit through the site.

7. Third-party links

This site links to government portals, law-firm bulletins, news outlets and trade publications. We do not control those sites and do not endorse their content. Following a link is at your own risk.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page; material changes will be noted on our news page. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the site. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union or in Türkiye, you also retain the protections of any mandatory consumer law in your place of residence.

10. Complaints and corrections
